Package Holder Terms and Conditions

 

Guaranteed Lodging Nights At Hotel Indigo - Athens

Guaranteed Lodging Nights (“Guaranteed Lodging Nights”) are the total occupied nights that are made available to Flex (15 nights) and Standard Package (12 nights) Holders (“Package Holders”) and guaranteed to be made available by Hotel Indigo-Athens if reserved at least 180 days in advance of the arrival date. All Package Holders are automatically reserved for each Friday and Saturday night of each UGA home Football game weekend. Guaranteed nights may be used on nights other than 2010 UGA Home Football Game Weekends, and Guaranteed Lodging Nights can be canceled or changed if done so prior to 45 days from the arrival date.

Unlimited Lodging Nights at Hotel Indigo - Athens on a Space Available Basis

Unlimited Lodging Nights are lodging nights available 14 days prior to arrival of the Flex Package Holder (“Space Available Lodging”). Flex Package Holders only can stay at Hotel Indigo free of room and parking charges on a Space Available Basis (subject to a $29 cleaning fee) for a period of 12 months from the date of Package Holder Acceptance by Hotel Indigo – Athens. Space Available Lodging reservations cannot be made until 14 days prior to arrival, or unless otherwise agreed to by Hotel Indigo – Athens. Maximum stay is three (3) consecutive nights per visit. Only the Flex Package holder, the Flex Package Holder’s spouse, or the Flex Package Holder and spouse together may occupy the room made available and this benefit is not transferable to any other person.

Two Night Minimum Stay Requirement

Standard Package Holders are required to use two (2) of their Guaranteed Lodging Nights for each 2010 UGA Home Football Game Weekends on Friday and Saturday Nights. Flex Package Holders have no requirement to use their Guaranteed Lodging Nights for 2010 UGA Game Weekends, or can utilize just one Guaranteed Lodging night for Friday or Saturday night for each 2010 UGA Home Football Weekend, if desired.

Guaranteed Free Parking at Hotel Indigo

Flex And Standard Package Holders are each guaranteed one (1) parking space at Hotel Indigo for each Guaranteed Lodging Night utilized at no charge.

Rialto Club Access

Flex and Standard Package Holders each have access to The Rialto Club facility at no charge during each occupied night at Hotel Indigo-Athens (subject to The Rialto Club Rules and Regulations and Operating Schedule).

Priority Seating for Rialto Club Entertainment Offerings On Game Weekends

Flex and Standard Package Holders each can reserve priority tickets and seating for The Rialto Club entertainment offerings on UGA Home Football Game Weekends

Penthouse Floor or Suite Accommodations Upgrade on a Space Available Basis

Flex Package Holders only will be upgraded upon request to Penthouse Floor and/or Executive Suite Accommodations on a space available basis at the time of check-in at Hotel Indigo – Athens.

Interchangeable Guest Privilege for UGA Home Football Games Weekends

Flex Package Holders only can designate a guest to use Guaranteed Lodging Nights, subject to approval by Hotel Indigo – Athens. Under no circumstances can a Flex Package Holder designate or substitute any guest to occupy a room at Hotel Indigo – Athens for Space Available Lodging made available to only the Flex Package Holder and Flex Package Holder’s spouse.

Package Holder Acceptance

Package Holder Acceptance is not guaranteed and shall be deemed effective when the Package Holder is notified in writing that the Package Holder is accepted by Hotel Indigo – Athens.

Payment and Refund Policy

A minimum 10% deposit is required at the date of submittal of the “Reservation Request Form” and the balance due 30 days from that date. Package Holder Acceptance cannot be guaranteed until the total Package amount is received in full. All deposits and payments made in herein are non-refundable.

Subsequent Obligations

Hotel Indigo – Athens has no obligation to provide any occupied nights, services, amenities, or additional benefits to any Package Holder other than those specified in this agreement. Under no circumstances is Hotel Indigo – Athens, its affiliates, successors, or assigns obligated to enter into any subsequent agreement with any Package Holder of any type for any reason.

Obligations of Package Holder

All Package Holders agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions herein, all the rules and regulations of Hotel Indigo – Athens, The Rialto Club and all county, city, state, and federal laws. Package Holder acknowledges that failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of any obligation of Hotel Indigo – Athens, its affiliates, successors, or assigns to provide any occupied nights, services, amenities, or additional benefits to the Package Holder.
